Mount on a horizontal bar, Vertical bar, or on a bar of ANY ANGLE. Offers a full 360 degrees of adjustablity and locks into position. Mount has an industry standard 1 2in. hole on the top and is machined with two of our strap clamps holding it so that it will not rotate on the bar at high speeds. ROLL BAR MOUNTING CLAMP NOT INCLUDED.
