Crafted from 9ct rose gold which has been *bloomed to give a yellow matt finish, this particularly fine example is a large 5cm x 3. 2cm in size. Set with a charming green heart cut Garnet topped doublet to the centre and surrounded by a garland shaped motif set with eight faux half seed Pearls (very typical of the era) and a
