Crossover Blendery obsidian 2022 6.3% (750ml) Colorado The wine is meticulously craftedProcess: A blend of 1 & 2 year old golden ales brewed with malted barley, malted rye, malted oats and raw wheat. Spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels . The beer was moved onto Ben Alder blackcurrants (Gorgate Fruit Farm, Norfolk) in tank. It remained there for 2 months before spending further time back in barrel. We then blended back with further components and packaged. Conditioning: Packaged with a small amount of priming
