We harvested and preserved ramps in the Spring to make our Brebis and Ramp Spread. The onion and garlic flavor from the ramps mixed with our creamy Brebis cheese creates a delicious savory flavor combination, and utilizing the ramp greens gives the spread a beautiful color.
