Like all our other purees, we use 3 simple ingredients A single Variety of Fruit, Chilli or Vegetable, Cider Vinegar & Salt. We created this product fed up with the fact that most similar purees have unwanted ingredients such as sorbates or even citric acid. Used by restaurants and caterers around the country and widely used in our own
