It is, quite simply, one of the most complex chocolates Ive ever tasted. Aromatically intense and deeply layered, the bar unfolds with an intricate blend of purple and green olives, nutmeg and cardamom, fruit leather, and washed coffee. Savoury, spiced, fudgey, and fruit forward all at once, the flavours develop slowly yet with intensity, with each
