1970s does 1930s velvet HUGE SLEEVES coat small medium | new fall 1940s romper Brand: lorrie deb*Glamorous velvet coat! Done in a rich deep jewel green velvet. Draped open shape. Wide sleeves with fitted cuffs. Back panels are gathered and smocked. Fully lined in green foulard fabric. This is a mystery to us as to the age. The construction and shape is 1930's, but the lining and velvet are newer. This could be a very well constructed costume piece from the 1970's or it could be older.
