Mansano neutral bringing freshness and authenticity toDenavolo Mansano is an orange wine from Piacenza made with old vine Sauvignon Blanc. The vines are grown at around 350 meters on clay limestone soils, producing a lively expression of fruit. After harvest, the grapes are lightly crushed, spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts, and left in contact with their skins for three months, giving the wine its characteristic amber hue and subtle tannic structure. Unfiltered and without added sulfites,
